Katrina & Christian: Love At 10,010 Feet

Two very different families, were brought together by a beautiful April wedding to honor Katrina and Christian. On April 28, 2018, this smitten couple tied the knot on the side of Peak 7 at an elevation of 10,010 feet in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. The intimate venue Stevens, was the perfect place for this couple to say their “I do’s” and celebrate with friends and family. The ceremony was held on the patio of this cozy venue which made for spectacular pictures with mountains, a ski lift, and pure happiness in every single shot. The luscious greenery complimented the white pedestals and floral arraignments perfectly and made for an amazing setting for Katrina and Christian to exchange their vows.

The celebration did not stop there; their anti-pasta cocktail hour, scrumptious dinner, and dance floor did not disappoint. Their guests enjoyed a variety of beers brewed locally here in Colorado as well as wine and cocktails. They offered their guests the perfect bite size piece of happiness in their petite crab cakes accompanied by an aioli sauce. During the cocktail hour, celebratory cigars were in order for the groom and his family.

Their guests moved into the reception space where the newlyweds met them with big smiles and an appetite. Fortunately, for these sweethearts and their guests, Stevens gave them a dinner to die for. To start the meal, wedge salads were served on cold plates. Complimentary to this first course, Stevens served filet minot cooked perfectly and red trout seasoned to perfection. The cake was perfect for this mountain wedding sitting on circular pieces of wood and beautifully decorated with white and green floral accents.

You can’t help but get on your feet and dance when the cha-cha slide comes on! Family and guest joined the couple on the dance floor and danced the night away. Before this celebration is over, everyone enjoyed Bavarian pretzels with cheese and mustard dip and a few took part in shot skis!

To wrap up the evening, friends and family celebrated the couple with sparkers as Katrina and Christian walked out of this picture-perfect venue.
